Hypnotherapy Script #2

read.)



I am happy to be a peaceful person.  I am a caring person.  I am a good

friend.  I enjoy good music and other works of artists.  I am an artist

who wants to share the good feelings that I have with others.


I have natural talents that are truly a blessing to me; I share the

blessings with others.  Those who come to know me are genuinely

encouraged by my attitude; for they see that there is good in the

world.

I can focus quite well on a task and produce works that others find to

be of very high quality.  Drawing comes naturally to me.  My eye for

artistic touches is well-tuned.  I understand light and perspective.  

These are my powers from within me; they reflect the true being that I

am.

I am thankful to live in days such as these wherein people with mental

or emotional problems are treated respectfully by the medical and

scientific worlds.  Because of the advances in medicine and science, I

am able to improve and know more fully each day that I am achieving my

potential.

I am thankful for the good family into which I was born; good in that

we each love each other truly; we can be open about ourselves and be

safe.  I sincerely wish that every person could have family

relationships as does our family.

As each day passes, I understand more about myself and I believe more

fully in the goodness of life.  I understand more each day about how I

fit into this world; because I truly do fit in.  There is a place for

me; I know what that place is; it is unique, as I am unique.

As there is love enough in the world to sustain me, there is no reason

for fear.  Because of the great and sustaining love, I know peace

within myself.  I am never alone because I know that I am loved.  I am

never alone because I love.

And so, success is mine; I live a life that is just right for me.  I am

a blessing unto the world, even if it is just by one person at a time.  

There is more than enough time ahead of me for the accomplishments of

which I dream.  My dreams come true.
